Art Director –  Foiling Magazine

As Art Director since 2019, I lead the design and production of four magazine issues per year, along with two specialized guides—the Destination Guide and the Wing Foil Guide—which are included as part of the publications. My role involves ensuring each issue maintains a visually compelling, high-quality aesthetic that aligns with the brand's identity and engages a global audience.
For Foiling Magazine, I have developed a clean and artistic design style, creating a premium, immersive reading experience that captures the excitement and innovation of the foiling industry. I oversee every aspect of the magazine’s visual direction, from page layouts and typography to image curation and branding, ensuring that every issue reflects the sport’s dynamic nature while maintaining a polished and editorially strong identity.
Beyond print, I design digital assets, marketing materials, and social media graphics to reinforce the magazine’s presence across multiple platforms. I collaborate closely with editors, photographers, and contributors to ensure a cohesive and engaging narrative throughout the magazine, balancing creative storytelling with commercial objectives.
Each issue is distributed worldwide to subscribers and select retailers, reaching a diverse audience of enthusiasts, industry professionals, and advertisers. Once the magazine goes to print, I create all promotional assets for both social media and advertisers, helping them maximize their visibility and engagement.
My passion for typography and layout design plays a key role in shaping the magazine’s aesthetic. I carefully select font pairings, illustrations, and design elements to visually enhance each feature, ensuring that every spread is both functional and artistically compelling.
